THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please communicate with us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify us. Once we have been notified, return the item to us in its original unused condition within the next 10 business days after notification.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in its original condition & packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund of the item excluding the original delivery charge after inspection of it. 

***Buyer pays for return shipping and associated costs. Example: Return Customs Fees.

***UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

Please note: Vintage items are not new. They have been worn or used before. We will describe any flaws if there are any in the item description. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 business days of notification, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
